Það er líka fallegt hljóð í litlu lömbunum á vorin en þvílíkar steikur sem þau verða að hausti.

Hang on to that Icelandic pride, no matter how much it will cost you !......

You built buildings for the sake of building them........But you have no use for all the glass towers and massive office blocks......they sit there empty.....You catch whales for the sake of your pride.....Tons and tons of whale meat and no use for it at all....You still have not sold the whale meat from 2008 !!!!.....I couldn´t care less how many whales you kill. I am not a nature freak...The problem is that your pride is costing you a fortune. You are already one of the poorest countries in Europe........and whaling is running on borrowed money. Millions of Kronur are added to your debt......And who will pay? Kristján Olafsson???

Maybe you can keep the whale meat in all the empty Office blocks....That big tower in Borgatun could be the worlds biggest fristkistu !!!

Forgot to say that the whale boats could really become a big attraction.....Change them into whale watching boats.....They are a part of history....The boats themselves are really well preserved......Do they still have the original steam engines.....Not only could you sell the whale watching, but could also make the boats a floating museum of "Whaling". I think two of the boats were bought from South Africa.....I think one of them was once called "Tiger"....There is a lot of History with these boats.....
