Monthly Weather Report... January - April, 2009.

JANUARY

The first month of the year will not be so much about things surfacing
and revealing themselves. It will be more about energies building up
inside, coming to the inner surface of the subconscious to ready
themselves for a clearer revelation in Feburary.

In this month there will be a lot of inner conflict, based on what is
coming up that has been buried, but is not yet clear or known. Perhaps
you will begin to understand what it involves, but things will likely
not seem so complete at first.

There will be clues and snatches that will begin to reveal themselves
about what you have held inside unclaimed and unbalanced, but you will
need more time to blend and understand the complete story.

So it can be a month that is confusing to many. It can also be a month
of a lot of activity in the solar plexus region, particularly in the
emotional experience. However, we repeat that you will likely not be
clear about why your feelings are there.

This evolution will also translate into the world and you may very
well begin to see unrest coming up here and there. There may be many
criticisms coming up as well. This will just begin the overturning of
old structures. The month of April will particularly begin the
breadown of old systems.

This first month will reveal the unrest that has come in the lack of
balance of many of your old systems. People will likely make
accusations, trying to blame; but will not have many answers about
what is needed to create healing.

This will be a major point of focus of the public at first,
particularly when President Obama becomes overwhelmed with the whole
picture of what has already been distorted. He will likely find the
obstructions to be overwhelming and confusing at first as well. There
will have to be compromises to begin making the shifts that are needed.

This will likely challenge the confidence of what is possible,
particularly as people are in greater unrest. People have a lot of
anticipation about what will be taking place...and it will mostly be a
month of confusion and then accusations. That is what happens as all
that has been out of balance begins bubbling to the surface, which is
a vital part of the process.

On a personal level, you will find a lot of instantaneous
manifestations of energy shifts in the body. There may be strange
pains in the body, particularly in the lower body. The legs and feet.

The throat will also show greater symptoms, such as in the thyroid.
The heart may be challenged as well, because there has been a very
protective energetic layer held there that is now being pressed
against by the soul trying to penetrate from the core outwards.

There will be a lot of physical symptoms to negotiate. You may feel an
inner pressure in many ways, as you begin to move into the second half
of this 9-year cycle of soul preparation. You are now entering the
inner half of the cycle. 2008 was when the inner and outer began to
meet directly...and the energies are now penetrating the inner.

This will create inner pressure on the mental, emotional and lower
will desire nature. There will be a lot of disillusionment, though it
won't even be clear at first what is dying away.

FEBRUARY

In the month of February, there will be more clarity from the Shadow
penetrating the conscious mind more fully. There will be more breaking
out.

In the outer world, there will be some major communication problems,
as well as the desire to connect in new ways. This will create
upheaval, even in the United Nations. They will know of a need to
restructure, even through confronting various countries. The United
States will be one of the major countries that needs to balance, by
letting go of so much control within the United Nations.

The allies within the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan will be challenged
as well. There may be a conflict with Iran in the latter part of this
month as well, moving into March. This could be a time where there are
dangers or fears of having to declare war. This will create pressure
from Israel and the Palestinians.

Pakastan and India may be in conflict as well. There may be some
exposure of the US, where there are inferences that the US is making
it a challenge to resolve the conflict between Pakistan and India,
based on private interests.

The month of February will be when the conflicts surface more fully,
even on a personal level. It will be a time to see how old structures
and ways of being/relating are coming to an end. You will begin to see
how groups' ways of relating are no longer working.

Some major structures will reveal more corruptions. If you thought
there was powerful revelation at the end of 2008, you will see even
more in the economic structures exposed, such as China and others.
Even the European countries will reveal lots of imbalance.

You will also see how China is a threat to the world economic
situation. They have been allowed to put the US into great debt. They
may change their position now that you are indebted. This may make the
Europeans question their motives and their choices.

On a personal level, there will be a lot of questions about how you
relate. The imbalances in relationships will begin to be questioned.
Particularly issues about receiving and valuing will take place. This
is when you will begin to be in the thick of it all, which will only
continue as you move into March.

In personal relationships, you will experience things in more
emotional extremes, because the sensitivity of the emotional body will
grow from this new inner pressure. The body's armoring will shift from
the core movements. This will create a greater intuition. There may
also be an inner dying away of old ways of relating - an inner sense
of loss without a clear answer about what you are going to replace the
old with to begin.

In self-help fields, there are core things that will get more fearful
and primitive that you need to be sensitive about with your clients.
With groups, the lower three levels of the astral are being penetrated
and released or dissipating in a powerful way. This is affecting your
astral bodies.

The Earth has its own group soul consciousness, which is held at the
core of the Earth. There will be more of an escalation in the
breakdown or revelation of imbalance in the ecosystem of the Earth as
this all takes place as well.

MARCH

The month of March will bring a greater activation of systems that
have been prepared for working towards solutions. This will bring a
greater general concern, even from corporate structures.

There will be discoveries in science, such as in solutions for global
warming. They will begin to penetrate into the mainstream awareness.
There are indeed ways of bringing new energy resources to fruition on
a grander scale. It will become more economically sound to make these
new choices. They will discover new avenues where the benefits will
take place on a grander, wiser scale.

There will be more cooperation between countries, as a part of the
good news of the Dark Shadow revealing what has been in the way. This
will of course require looking at what is not working at first, which
will be the case more in March to prepare for even later solutions.

There will be more admission at this time in these four months of what
is not working. That will be the central theme on new levels of
consciousness. More of mass consciousness will become aware on these
levels.

So this time will also reveal a greater level of truth. When the
Shadow is revealed, you begin to access the power of truth.

This requires that people wake up and accept what is real...as well as
beginning to take action on what is revealed. This will only start to
surface in the end of the four months, as you move from March into
April. Again, this is just the beginning, preparing for the latter
parts of the year.

The medical profession will grow, as they start to realize more fully
how energy affects the body. They will begin to consider ways to
utilize this for healing. Eventually this will bring up some
resistance and Dark Shadow from the pharmaceutical industry. This will
be a longer threat as you begin taking away their ability to make so
much money from dis-ease.

You will see a struggle with those who have private interests as the
year continues. There may even be an eventual revelation of the
corruption within the FDA.

Attempts to truly balance and shift in the economy will most likely
not take place until the last four months of the year.

At this time, there will be more international cooperation that comes
from the deeper truths that have been rising. This will all be
primarily motivated out of the economic revelations and needs. (They
will seek the restructuring to support things in a healthier way, with
greater equity in eventual years.)

On a personal level, you will begin to see people being more honest
with one another. Things will be revealed in a more direct way. This
will come from the fact that you can no longer suppress anything as
fully as you have always been able to do. This is coming from the
initial penetration of the energies of the Photon Belt as well.

Your sensitivity to your intuition will also develop more fully at
this time. You are becoming more finely tuned and sensitive from these
new energies penetrating the edge of your planetary grids.

This will bring up awareness of the pain that has been held within,
pressuring the armoring that you have held in your body tissues. The
soul energies are now coming in to accelerate this healing as well.
This is the Godmind and the Spirit energies penetrating in a very real
way.

This will often create a conflict between the sexual pranic force from
the base of the spine moving up with the erotic spirit energies that
come from the crown in the body. This will create activity along the
spine and head. People will have to deal with the back issues that are
out of balance, as well as negotiating rushes of energy in the body.
There may be body temperature fluctuations as these new energies move.

The heart will continue to open in a more real way. There will be a
greater awareness on the soul level that will connect you to the group
soul, with more concern for one another in a very real way.

Where there is a lack of concern and a desire to control will become
more obvious as well. This is vital, so that truth can guide your choices.

The whole theme overall now is develping an inner relationship with
yourself, which will start with confusion and disillusionment where
you have been attached to the outer world.

The Shadow rising will be a Dark Night of the Soul AND a revelation of
the Soul's light. In the past, there was mostly a challenge to the
personality. The radiatory force of the soul was not penetrating very
much yet. But now you are becoming more sensitive to the light and
sometimes even the essence of joy will begin to be your experience. It
will hint and then become a more lasting experience, as a part of the
reality of the permanent truth of things.

The personality has never known the experience of permanent, but
rather just the movement through resistance and fear of one feeling
after another.

APRIL

This final month of the first quadrant of the year is when there will
begin to be some settling and solutions that are considered. What the
new government will introduce at first are only temporary solutions
and they are well aware of this fact.

The old forms falling apart will become more real to you at this time.
Do not expect in these four months the manifestation of a new reality.
Becoming clear about the old that is not working, along with confusion
and simple glimpses of solutions is what you can expect more fully.

You will just begin to glimpse an understanding as the Shadow rises
during this time. April will be a time where you assess the
accumulated damage, as well as the old forms starting to fall apart
more fully.

It will be challenging to describe what is happening in a clear way at
this point. But hang in there. This is a vital stage to prepare for
healing, looking to deeper truths. You will then become more
definitive about the need for change.

This will be a month when the dust settles enough to begin looking at
a piece here and there. Coming out of this time will be a greater
clarity about what has not worked and why. You will then begin the hit
and miss of potential solutions more fully in the second four months,
with greater discoveries as well.

So be willing to question. Be willing to consider. Be willing to let
go and respond in this time of discovery and preparation.

In personal relationships, learn how to negotiate both sides or
parties in value. Learn how to understand the perfection of everyone's
journeys, working together to consider solutions that serve the good
of the whole.

This is a more specific overview what you can expect as an overview of
the first four months of 2009.
