Dear United Nations Security Council delegates,

I call on you to immediately pass the resolution for a no-fly zone to stop the aerial bombings of civilians in Libya and restore access for humanitarian flights.

Additional measures should also be urgently implemented, including recognition of the provisional government; jamming of Qaddafi's television stations and more extensive and targeted sanctions and assets freezes on the regime.

Immediate international action is vital to stop a bloodbath in Libya.

(CNN) -- The powerful earthquake that unleashed a devastating tsunami Friday appears to have moved the main island of Japan by 8 feet (2.4 meters) and shifted the Earth on its axis. "At this point, we know that one GPS station moved (8 feet), and we have seen a map from GSI (Geospatial Information Authority) in Japan showing the pattern of shift over a large area is consistent with about that much shift of the land mass," said Kenneth Hudnut, a geophysicist with the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). Reports from the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology in Italy estimated the 8.9-magnitude quake shifted the planet on its axis by nearly 4 inches (10 centimeters).

Ten M-Class Flares Over Last
48 Hours - X-Class to Follow

Over the last 48 hours, ten (10) M-Class flares have fired off from at least three separate sunspot regions. Space Shuttle was put on alert and lands safely prior to elevated 
solar activity. 
 
 
 
Forty-eight hours after the first set of flares, a 7.2 mag. earthquake hit Japan setting off a small tsunami. Ten hours later, a series of "straight-line winds" along with several tornadoes hit the southeastern United States.
 
Equation:
Sunspots => Solar Flares (charged particles) => Magnetic Field Shift => Shifting Ocean and Jet Stream Currents => Extreme Weather and Human Disruption (mitch battros 1998)
 
 
 
With this second set of four M-class flares, I suspect a second wave of earth changing events to occur within the next 24 - 48 hours. There is a good chance for an X-class flare to occur over the next two weeks.
